Call Process Update

The process for calling a new pastor:

The transition Team completes the Ministry Site Profile (MSP)* by incorporating congregation input. This is completed.

MSP was reviewed and approved by the Council and the congregation.

MSP was sent to the synod office Assistant to the Bishop who uses the MSP to match prospective candidates with Trinity; prospective candidates use MSP to discern whether Trinity might be a good match.

Trinity appointed a call committee.

The Assistant to the Bishop presents a list of potential candidates to TLC call committee.

Call committee will invite candidate(s) for interview.

Call committee presents recommendation for calling a candidate.

Congregation decides whether to extend call.

There is no set timeline for this process.
