Friday, January 13, 2012 at 3:12PM Richard Kriehn: Behind the Scenes of A Prairie Home Companion
January 29, 5pm at Trinity Lutheran Church
Please join us for an evening of music, Hotdish, Powdermilk Biscuits, and fellowship. Dinner at 5:00, followed by a program at 6:00 by Richard Kriehn, who has been playing regularly on A Prairie Home Companion since June 2010. Richard will share with us what it is like to be a part of that show, and share some of his wonderful music with us.
Please bring your favorite Hotdish to share and come prepared to have a fun evening of good food and great music and conversation.

At this point, you may be wondering: What's with all this HOTDISH talk?? Well, Hotdish is something you typically find at church potlucks--many claim its origins to be the basements of upper-midwestern churches. You may know it as a casserole. Because it fits the theme and fills our bellies we hope everyone can bring a hotdish to this event (don't worry, cold dishes will be served as well). For a little guidance or a recipe click here. And we don't mean to spoil any surpises but there are rumors that Hotdish on a Stick will be served. You don't want to miss that!
