We do take a limited number of RV reservations; this has become very popular in recent years; we plan on following the same procedure as last year.

  • We will begin taking requests in early August (date TBD) via a form you will find here. If you reserved a space with us last year, you will receive an email with the reservation date and instructions. If you did not reserve with us last year but would still like an email with the information, click here to send us a message that includes your email address.
  • FIVE RV/Camper Reservations will be taken per game, there may be room for more RVs on a game-day space-available basis (see last bullet point).
  • Reservations will only be taken for RVs/Campers that plan to arrive AT LEAST 6 HOURS BEFORE KICKOFF. Once cars start filling in the spots, it can be hard for RVs to maneuver. Yes, if it is an “earlier” game time you’ll need to arrive Friday evening.
  • A limited number of game-day space will be available beginning 4 hours before kickoff. RVs without reservations will not be permitted on the lot earlier than this (please don’t make us ask you to move).

Once we have received your request(s) and if there is space available, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this or have it ready on your smart phone when you are paying for your space(s). Included in your email confirmation will be our “Parking Lot Rules” that must be followed.

Once you have your confirmation you will need to send an electronic payment of $15/game to reserve your spots. This deposit is non-refundable/transferable but it will go toward your donation of $15/spot/night. A link for payment will be included in the confirmation email.

If you plan to arrive without a reservation, please check our signs at the bottom of the hill before coming up our way. Every effort will be made to have either “RV VACANCY” OR “RV FULL” posted; again, DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 4 HOURS BEFORE KICKOFF WITHOUT AN RV RESERVATION.
